- Entry is only for students
in age group 12 to 16 and studying
in a class from 7th to 10th.
- Registration for participation
is only through schools.
- A team consists of two participants
only.
- The declared participants
are considered final in the
team and there shall be no changes
entertained under any circumstance.
- In case of more than one team
per school, the team name will
have a suffix from A-E depending
on the number.
- All decisions with regard
to the conduct of the event
taken by the Organizers is final.
- In case of non participation
by the school or either of the
participants, the team would
be denied any other chance and
the entry fee paid would be
forfeited.
- The facts and information
given in the participation/
registration form along with
the information furnished by
the participants need to be
verified by the head of institution
/ authorized official and attested
as true
- Rules of participation in
various rounds of the tournament
shall be provided along with
the format of the qualifying
rounds upto the finals, from
time to time.
- All payments have to be made
vide DD/ Cheque drawn in favour
of “Verbattle”,
payable at Bangalore. Any cash
payment without receipt is at
the risk of the paying party.
- Should any information be
found incorrect, the organizers
reserve the right to disqualify
any team/ withhold participation
certificate/ prize money/ any
prize or gift to any participant
at any level of the tournament
and the entry fee will be forfeited
and the decision of the organizers
in this regard would be final
and binding.
- Any unacceptable or indecent
behaviour by the participants
will invite immediate disqualification
for the team.
- Participants need to sign
an oath before the commencement
of the actual tournament which
they shall abide by till the
end of the same.
Entry fee once paid will not
be paid back under any circumstance
and is not transferable.
- Only the best debates will
be featured on the T V show.
- In case of the results of
the debate, the decision of
the judges in consultation with
the moderator will be final.
No disputes and disagreements
will be entertained thereafter.
